The Silk Road

The Silk Road was regarded as the most important trading route in the world for more than a century. Is a trading route that started in the center of China, were the royal capital used to be. That city is known as Xi´an nowadays and is home to the amazing Terracotta Army. The Terracotta Army is a monument that consist in a large amount of huge sculptures emulating an army. The sculptures detail is breathtaking because every single statue is unique. The legend tells that this huge group of  terracotta soldiers are supposed to guard the emperors tomb which has been located just a couple decades ago (it remains unexplored). So much for the history class. I dream to walk the Silk Route one day but the amount of time needed is huge, it takes years. I want to take the ¨main route¨ which is from china to Istanbul. This dream symbolize in someway the pursue of the things that are just to hard to get in life. I´ll write more on this topic later.
